1. Agreement to Terms

By downloading or using the Civil बंधु app, these terms will automatically apply to you – you should make sure therefore that you read them carefully before using the app.

You are not allowed to copy, or modify the app, any part of the app, or our trademarks in any way. You are not allowed to attempt to extract the source code of the app.

2. Educational Disclaimer (महत्वपूर्ण अस्वीकरण)

Important: Civil बंधु is an independent educational platform.

We are NOT affiliated, associated, authorized, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC), NCERT, or any government agency.

All study materials, including NCERT books and Previous Year Questions (PYQ), are aggregated from publicly available sources for educational purposes to help Hindi medium students. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that the information is 100% error-free.

3. Intellectual Property

The app itself, and all the trade marks, copyright, database rights and other intellectual property rights related to it, belong to Civil बंधु.

However, the content provided (such as NCERT PDFs) remains the copyright of their respective owners (e.g., NCERT). We provide these under the fair use policy for education.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

Use the app for any illegal purpose.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our servers.
Harass or abuse other users if community features are available.
Sell or redistribute the free content provided in the app for profit.
